Have a operator's license (current or lapsed)

Course Information
>After the introduction you will be presented with three sections. Each section will have two chapters with a video to view.
>After each section there is a brief quiz.
>A score of 75% is required on each quiz to pass the the Forklift Re-certification training course.
>If for any reason you fail a quiz just contact us to discuss your options.
>You will have a total of thirty days to take and pass the training course.
